Great idea, Rep. Massie, great resolution! Sadly, Speaker Johnson is no longer a functional conservative and in such matters as these, he's simply not on the team. The resolutions will never get a floor vote unless Johnson can muster a handful of Republicans (and all Democrats) to vote against it.
